Refund Policy

At Granny Yanz, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the incorrect item

  • Your order is missing items

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of damaged/incorrect items when applicable

Requests submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened food products

  • Used products

  • Orders reported after the claim window

  • Dissatisfaction based on taste preference

Refund Approval

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank/payment provider

Replacements

When appropriate, Granny Yanz may offer a replacement product instead of a refund at our discretion.
