In general, what should you cover in your Shipping Policy?

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after purchase.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $35.

  • Shipping costs for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders ship via USPS.

  • Standard USPS delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, or carrier delays.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may be extended during:

  • Holidays

  • Promotional periods

  • High order volume periods

  • Carrier service disruptions

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request assistance.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue when applicable.

Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is:

    • Damaged during shipping

    • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

Approved refund/replacement requests will be handled at our discretion after review.
